The Partnership Firm got converted under Part IX of the Company’s Act, 1956 into Corporate Entity. As per the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the office of Registrar of Companies, the company is now known by the name: “C.MAHENDRA EXPORTS LIMITED” with effect from 14th March, 2007.
